The compact city center and many other places of Dragon Lake are partially handmade to maximize good map optics and city center density! Dragon lake offers several easy startup opportunities like a prebuildt commuter rail line and two prebuildt lightrail lines but everything elles is on you. The dense inner city needs streetcar lines operating on short intervalls and the whide spread countryside needs commuter rail and bus systems to ensure everybody got access to public transport. People who love to play with connections and timetables will enjoy this map =)

I tested the map several times and optimized the road system, just keep your buses off the highway which leaves the city to the west and everything will be fine.
A ruleset with +300% population is still very enjoyable but will cause a few areas with traffic jams. (Which still disappear over the weekends ;))
