[SMG4] Beta Tari

A fan made redesign of one of the earlier designs of Meta Runner Tari, created by SMG4, Kevin and their sister.
This addon contains only the ragdoll version of the model.

Initial addon idea and design, screenshots and icon done by Crekbiew.
Garry's Modification, optimization and testing done by MrTheWizard.

This model features the following
- A pair of headphones that can be toggled on and off (Default = off)
- A screen above the model's Left arm which can be toggled on and off (Default = off)
- Screen has two skins : Standard and Greenscreen (Default = Standard)
- 5 facial expressions
- 6 eye expressions
- 2 hands with a small amount of finger posing
