Found being used on a few older colonies, no-one knows who the original designer was.

It's a basic skimmer meant for transporting small amounts of cargo. The medium cargo container is accessible and not connected, so it's likely this was meant for startup colonies without convayor networks setup.

It's battery powered, and has a decent range.

Of course, Chief Engineer Sully has seen it and is already designing a better replacement.
