SUMMARY

- This mod allows Norsca to create Outpost everywwhere on the map

- Minor settlement will be vanilla outpost

- Major settlement will have the full Norscan buildings roster

- Elven Gates and Empire Forts can also be colonise

- Also works for the AI

SOMMAIRE

- Ce mod permet a la Norsca de coloniser sur toutes la carte

- Les villes mineures seront des avants postes classiques

- Les villes majeures auront tous le roster de bâtiment Norses débloqués

- Les Portes Elfiques et Forts Impériaux pourront être colonisé

- L'IA Norse profitte aussi du mod

when use mixu unlock or mega unlock play other norsca faction，in vortex and mortal empire。major will random become minor city building or less building major city（missing smith or another）:steammocking:
