Arena Minigame Base - Capture the Outpost

The idea for this came from hermitcraft S7 and Mumbo Jumbo - To start the countdown, the activation code, currently 1111) must be entered on the back. The green button resets the countdown, to keep the "base" alive. The red button "murders" the base. Kind of like capture the flag, but with a twist. The team must reset the countdown before it runs out to keep it active as well as defend the red button from the "enemy" team.
