描述

This asset is a recreation of the solar collector towers from the Evangelion anime series. These towers are what powered the city of Tokyo-III before its eventual destruction.

Asset Details

12x12 plot size, 270 meters tall, based on Solar Power Plant

Produces 175-250MW of power

Main:
- 2684 tris
- 512x1536 textures

LOD:
- 194 tris
- 256x256 textures

Notes

BIG ASSET. I made it to be close to the wack scale as it was shown in the Evangelion series.

Does not require a road connection; can be placed anywhere

To cover up the blue void, I recommend using either Ronyx69's Ploppable Surfaces or neinnew's Surface Networks

Sadly does not rotate to face the sun. I could have made it to face the wind but that would look bad and there is no way to limit the turning so that it doesn't clip through the platform at the front portion of the base

@Royecat 2.0 Please read the description again. I have put in links to what I use to cover up the blue void. On top of that, I recommend using Move It! mod to be able to adjust the placement of the ploppable surfaces and nennew's surface networks

Loving these. Thanks for bringing it more in line with the updraft solar tower, it helps maintain game balance and using a great asset at the same time. Maybe in the future there will be something for them to turn and face the sun, who knows. All up to CS devs.
