Marche frais Geant supermarket/hypermarket store with a big parking garage based on this one from France:

French signage and ad props are optional. You can make it look like a different store by skipping the prop subscriptions, recoloring the orange panels using the repaint mod, and putting on some other logo prop.

This project took 69 hours. Not even kidding.
