If you're talking about the example build from this mod the terrain assets are from CaptainCobop (I believe he's mentioned he sculpts them himself) and there's a link in the description. Example builds in my other mods however have "landscape bases" that I've made in Blender using ANT which also requires setting normals & the UV map. I specifically try to get grid projection to work on the ones I've made.
I'd recommend taking a look at the Winter Assets mod I uploaded and grabbing the 5(?) base meshes that are on the far right of that table. You should be able to change the texture with them (they aren't assetbundles) and if you want height variation you can scale the y axis and clip pieces into each other.
Probably not *all* locations/races. I don't play the game and I really dislike the combat system so I don't ever plan on getting their DLC to explore a lot of those areas. Buuuut, they had a week long "free +" thing a few months ago and I spent a couple days wandering through them gathering all the assets I've been working on (and will continue to work on for like the next year lol). With the two recent "Orc" mods, I've finished one "area folder", and I have about 6 others left. Currently been doing a more swampy "lizardfolk" one since I've seen a lot of interesting swamp/marsh themed builds on the workshop that could use some more love. Might not be the next thing I publish since I'm not even close to finishing, but just what I'm working towards.
