adds a muddy hunter to the 2nd and 3rd chapter of swamp fever

adds a cellmate hunter to chapter 2 of the sacrifice

adds a camouflage hunter to hard rain

please note that the hunter will lose his ability to become bloody after an attack.

this uses Ellies map specific skin method

why not just change the names of the special skins to ( for example: hunter skins ) like what you did for the tanks. because you have multiple in this pack

If you plan on every SI I hope you consider including fisherman charger. I could only really see him appearing in swamp fever or cold stream, but it is a dope reskin for the charger.
