TREKORION: Nautilus class Ti/Na frigate

7 slot early to mid-game frigate.

The Nautilus is a bit of a kit-bash between the Magellan and Loknar, and cost wise fits between the two. I didn't want to change too much of the internals from the Magellan's saucer, but needed the secondary hull to house the shield generators and hyperspace cores.

Three Nautilus class vessels were built and tested on an insane difficulty galaxy: The USS Nautilus, USS Nemo, and USS Arronax, all constructed in sector -69:373.

Standard armament were 2 bolters and a single laser, totaling from 700-900 om.

All vessels served escort roles, as they did not have the hull or shield HP to safely clear pirate sectors without support.

The USS Nautilus was lost in sector -25:298 to a 5k om hardcore raider and the Nemo was destroyed not long after in sector -43:290 during a pirate mothership encounter.

Only the Arronax remains in service, and she has been redeployed as a dedicated Swoks hunter.
