描述
First try. Nine levels. To be continued. Some unfriendly creatures. Easy and hard puzzles. A little bit of walking around. Sometimes there is trouble and somtimes there is an alternative route. Recharge stations, blocking wand, larder etc.

The Plot: Tulson is lost. He didn't return with the milk for the daily coffee break. Panic among the heroes. Outside a cave they found the empty milk jug. The Heroes shouted for Tulson. The only answer they got was the echo of their own voices. Finally the Heroes overcame their fear and courageously crawled into the cave ....

Please inform me if you encounter odd behavior.

A minor problem detected. Level 4 (The Mess). Guiding lights not saved. (Se picture with green dots on the floor).

Only problem when you save during your unsafe progress across the floor.

Fixed the problem. FX not saved. Now it works.

Aria, thank you for your kind words. The Dragon Puzzle, yes. I checked my lua-script. I'm not sure if I messed something up here. I'm performing a playthrough at the moment, to check out what's going on here. I made this mod 8 years ago. As I remeber it, it should work or maybe it was a trap. If it's a bug I'll execute a correction

I have been playing Grimrock since it was first released and have played hundreds of mods. How this absolute gem has slipped under my radar for so long I do not know. Sir I applaud you for such a fantastic mod! everything I encountered in my playthrough was fun and ingenious. I love the coloured dots on the floor and the walls! I gave up with the dragon puzzle I do confess, and the sound puzzle with the buttons well I solved it but not entirely sure how lol. thank you so so much for this the time it must of taken I can only imagine. Bravo!

Hi There is another golden key. You have to run back to the spot in front of the stairs (thru the fire). If you found all the buttons, you should find an uggardian behind a secret door. He has the key. If you want to save: There is a crystal hidden nearby the spot where you had to fight the crowners. Hint: empty torch_holder.

Okay, that worked. But now I'm stuck again... A bit further is a place where you fight some crowerns and there are three keyholes in the wall. Well, I put a key in each one of them and then a set of doors opened and I went through. Got teleported two times and progressed down, but I'm thinking I shouldn't have used the keys on the keyholes at all and just go down instead as there is a keyhole that needs the gold key I used a level up...
Hopefully you know which part I'm talking about... And hopefully I don't have to play it again from the begining because of a stupid mistake mainly because I don't have a previous save... Stupid me...
Thanks in advance for your help. If I can be helped, as I still think I will have to start over...

Hi I´m back.
The Blue Gem.
The trick is to stand in the right position when you place the blue gem on the pressure-plate. You have to stand behind the portecullis next to the pressure-plate. There is a hidden pressure-plate in that position. If you manage to do that, then a secret door will open and you can have minor detour.

The eight keys
As far as I remeber, the order is not import. If yo insert all the keys, a secret door will open.

Okay, I played it again and so far so good. Only, what am I supposed to do on the level "The Foul Finger" I got a blue gem and then there's nothing... Just a portal that's behind a grate and a pressure plate that is item activated... And several torches and torch holders that don't seem to be doing anything... Oh, and the stairs bailed on me... Evil stairs...
So, any help or tips would be appreciated. :) Thanks.
And as for the issue with the swords, thanks, works fine. :)
And a curious question. With the eight numbered keys, does it matter in which order you insert them?

Tested now from start. No crash regarding the two swords in the challenge room.

Quick fix. The problem is related to the swords that you can pick up in the battleground. My initial thought was to snatch the blades back from the champions. I´ve obvoiusly f-cked up with that task. Hours of LUA-coding. The new update hasn´t that option. The heroes can keep them until I´ve come up with a solution. The sad part is that a saved game contains all the old code. That means that you have to start all over again, with a new game. Sorry. On top of that, I can´t garantee a crash-free version. I´ve not the time for testing before my trip.
