Burned alive blueprint patch

This is a small patch for the burned alive mod. It adds a blueprint which is buyable at any bar.
I made this mod for compatibily reason to work around with other mods which adds buildings to game starts. With this mod you need to buy the blueprint to enable the burned alive prisoner pole.

When you have purchased the blueprint and read it, you can save your game and disable this patch. ;)

You still need the original burned alive mod.
