It will be spawned on more than just a corner lot.
Adjust the position with Move it!

Is it set up as a corner lot so it only spawns on corners?

Cool building. I miss Lawson's milk. Had a Lawson back in the early 80's in Ohio. Use to get the chocolate milk there. It wasn't over rich in flavor and had it at 1% low-fat. Mom rules n the low-fat. The strawberry flavor one was good too. Was able to collect bottles and get one plus a Oreos handy pack. (only hold six cookies).
