Date: 24 January 1942
Location: Kendari, Southeast of Celebes Island, Dutch East Indies

Dutch:
We've lost Manado, Dutch forces are retreating from the Celebes Island. We are left on our own. Hold the airfield for as long as you can! Like many times before we are outnumbered.

Japanese:
We've captured Manado, our next objective is Dutch village and airfield at Kendari. Our Special Naval Landing Forces are preparing for fast and crushing attack.
