Federation Hall

Surrounding the southern side of the Grosvenor Place tower are three heritage listed buildings - Federation Hall, Royal Naval House (collectively occupied by the Sydney Futures Exchange) and the Johnson's Building Group (now The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room).
This is a standalone recreation of Federation Hall, a 3x3 unique building (no requirements other than basic road)
It includes a large glass skylight over an atrium, and a rooftop fire exit path.

The building is suited for an acute intersection, its corner is around 80 degrees - it is also intended for a sloped road - it is using the nobase shader and has a textured basement and hidden stairs for variable heights. It is designed for the roof to line up with the roof of Royal Naval House, on a sloped road. Each look fine separately on a flat road but won't match up.

Note: because it is using the nobase shader, snow will not accumulate on the roof if you're playing on a winter theme.

The main textures are shared with the Royal Naval House asset. With LSM installed it will only need to load them once for both.
