Small Elementary School

A small town version of the Elementary School with less student space but also less operating costs.

I designed this to be used early game when you don't have as many students and want to keep costs down. Most of the stats are around about half of the base game Elementary School.

It also has a few Parking bays that actually work. I have used a couple of Picnic Tables around the back of the building which is why it requires the Park Life DLC. I might remove these later on but I like them better than the base game ones so I'll keep them in for now.

Nice! Often having smaller ones spread out is better than one big centralised one.
Actually gives better coverage too.
