Death sounds from Escape from Tarkov. It contains BEAR 1, 2 and 3 deaths.
I HIGHLY recommend you to type snd_restart in console every match for the sounds the work properly.

If you have high pitched sounds on any mod or screaching you need to go to the workshop downloads folder and delete the files that end in .cache
