My first thought was "looks rather flat, where's the textures?" but then I realised I was looking at the photo. Somehow you made the asset look better than the real building, nice!

This building is located in the education tab - and serves as a library. It doesn't need RICO.

Did I need to do something special to have this building be education? I'm new to assets and it shows up as a high residential to me... do I need to go into the RICO settings to change something?
