well, with luck i'd like to get it into SFM

but there's still quite a bit of work ahead

I dont know if it was just luck, but even though there were a few texture issues in blender it worked fine in gmod itself. I'd say try to forget about the texture issue and see if it looks good ingame or wherever you're putting the model.

Hello, I managed to export my model out of ESO using a software called Ninjaripper, a great tutorial for using it for ESO is here https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/8dsqn9/guide_how_to_rip_rig_your_eso_character_for_use/ though I believe it works for most games. Sadly though it only exports the model itself and not the rig so it does not include any face posing (you would obviously be able to do it yourself if you wanted to put the time in).

how'd you manage to get your character's model out of ESO?
wish i could do that for a few of my own toons

does it have faceposing?
