描述
After NEVER finding a needle in build 41 over several characters and the looting of entire towns I decided to make a mod to create a improvised needle by sharpening a paperclip and using tape to secure an eyehole loop for the thread.

Deleted my question because I discovered that yes you do need to create a new game for the mods to work.

Oh wow. I made this forever ago when I last was playing Zomboid. Thanks for the award years after the fact. Lol.

Sorry that this is stale and doesn't work as well anymore. I will be back playing when Build 42 releases and will make in-depth mods then.

After trying to use this in a wilderness game I found out you can't use a stone knife in the recipe. After looking through the file I found out that the problem is that you called it a StoneKnife instead of its file name, which is FlintKnife. Same thing with the Handaxe, which should be called HandAxe.
