Derpy's Piper J-3 Cub Aerial Recon Mod

This mod adds a Piper J-3 Cub recon plane call-in, inspired by the US commander's ability in Rising Storm 2. Once you mark the zone for the plane, it will fly overheads, marking all the players in it's field of view with yellow smoke. This mod will fit Vietnam War servers, or WW2 servers (since this plane was used in the WW2 for aerial reconnaissance too), allowing you to reveal enemy positions, before calling-in airstrikes or assaults.
