One more question. Everything worked but when I go into the game the hat icon is just very very small and thought I didn't even have it. Is there a way to make it bigger?

I badly know English, I don't know how to explain it, but I'll try
- scale(or orientate) must in "edit mode", you've probably has scaled in "object mode".

Okay so I have made the hat work and all but It's not scaled or orientated right. I used the worms references but it still don't fit right. Even when I change the size/position in maya the hat still stays the same
