basicaly if you want to have more civic point. go to the folder of this mod by go to /C:/ Program File(x86)/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/281990(stellalris workshop)/ number on this mod link/common/defines/morecivic_defines and change number 7 to any of amount civic you want and close save and that it.

dose what it said add 7 civic points... not any more

Thanks! I needed that as i always felt even at 5 it wasnt enough. I needed 6 or 7 for my civics! :)

i need 9 or more ..... but it does work and good
