Civil protection NPC.
This is my first work with a complete rework of the skeleton. Based on another addon where I got everything except gloves, has animations of the civil protection and twice the file size optimized compared to the original. I also added a second version of the helmet and face-posed head. The same addon:

Нпс гражданской обороны.
Это первая моя работа с полной переделкой скелета. Основано на другом аддоне, откуда я взял всё, кроме перчаток. Также я добавил второй вариант шлема и голову с фейспозингом. Имеет анимации гражданской обороны и в два раза оптимизированный размер файла, по сравнению с оригиналом. Тот самый аддон:

I love this, its amazzing. it's so clean. if you change bodygroup to without the helmet, you can see the head and face are animated when he talks
