[REC] Anvil class fleet tender

As the fleet expanded in size and diversity REC needed a way to be able to easily supply and tend to battlegroups of varying sizes. The Anvil class was developed for this role. It has large refineries, many hydrogen tanks and generators as well as a decent cargo capacity. It also comes equipped with 4 extendable connectors so that any ship can be rearmed, and refueled with ease. The ship is also very quick for it's size so that, should it come under attack. it can escape quickly. It's the pinnacle of what a logistical vessel should be.
