Probably RNG with Cubed. That wall the arrows are going through is destructible, so not really a bug, but it is? Either way I have no control over it.

Oh man, thanks a lot for this! Was the Cube location removed, or just RNG didn't drop it on me in 4 waves? Also there appears to be a bug regarding the trader guiding arrows (but it might be limited to KF2 Classic, not sure): https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2354859253
