Interesting, but I'm not entirely sure how this mod works yet.

Does it make "amazing" "great" etc. compatibility values irrelevant? As in, employees will be perfectly compatible with anyone else you hire regardless of the value listed in the hiring pool?

Why does it make the 3 scaled personality traits more skewed? I usually make my founder generous and optimistic (because it's easier to find amazing compatibility), but this mod makes him lazy af.
