[Half-Life: Alyx] Combine Grunt NPC Remake

Pleas get all the required content before complaining this not working.

So, before you ask "Remake!? Why?". I needed to recreate this, because in the other one that I made, the weapons don't work anymore. The weapons that I used were deleted from the workshop and the NPC that I used was buggy. But you need to know that I'm talking about a normal NPC not a VJ Base SNPC.
