Roleplay Traits - Disable Work Types and Tags

This mod adds roleplay traits that disable work types. These traits don't occur naturally. They can only be put in the game by you. Useful for setting up specific starting scenarios in prepare carefully, character editor, or added by dev mode.

I also have plans to expand this, adding traits that only increase certain work speeds or decrease market value, whatever. ideas welcome
