*UMC* Occupation Overhaul

Ladies and gentlemen, we are proud to present to you UMC Occupation Overhaul, a mod made with the aim of adding more German Reichskommissariats for your world conquering needs and some options on how to partition them.

As such it includes:
- Reichskommissariats for the entire world.
- Decisions for the fate of certain regions like Thrace and Transylvania.
- Regional RKs (China, Scandinavia, Balkan region) that can be formed after making all smaller RKs in the region.
- A bunch of Ordensstaats (Burgundy, Banat, Gotenland, Lombardei).
- A rework of base UMC RK flags.

Future plans consist of more partition decisions, a possible shared generic tree for the RKs and adding puppets for other UMC nations, amongst others.

The mod requires United UMC and might have compatibility issues with any other mod that alters colour files and adds new countries (especially other RK mods that might by chance use the same tags for the RKs).
