Sorry for took it so long. It was kinda too late but uh, I've added some of the features you've mentioned.
Fireman's cylinder is now separated partially, and same goes to Paramedic's one, Now you can use the medic's Duty Belt and Stethoscope at the same time.
Also, Fixed the lighting material glitches for the Fireman's helmet(The Goggle one I mean) and Nurse's hair.
Like, Wish I want to make the Faceposing for them as well, but uh, I have no skills to make the face details for the GTA V head models unfortunately. ;(
I might could make a HL2 head version of them though, if you want.
Also, For the separated prop models, I'll add them as a new feature later. like, I'm too lazy to do so for now. xDDDDD
#8: I also think separate props would be nice (the firefighter's helmet for example).
#1: The two bodygroup options for the firefighter's mask are identical; both equip the SCBA cylinder AND the mask on the firefighter, when I'm assuming you meant for one to equip just the cylinder & the other both the cylinder AND the mask.
#2: Maybe separate the two "accs" bodygroups so the paramedic can wear a duty belt & a stethoscope at the same time.
#3: Something seems to be wrong with the firefighter's goggle helmet bodygroups; the helmet is dark in places where it should be light, especially in comparison to the non-goggle versions. There appear to be similar issues with the nurse's hair.
#6: The surgeon's gloves can be swapped for hands via a bodygroup (which could probably be done by copying the hands from another model)
