Done by request, HUD Icon for 8sianDude's Cheeseburger (Pills): https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1432138359.

I've made this in a way that it doesn't overwrite the iconsheet so should be available to use with other funky support items icons. I may update my older ones to be made in this way. Note that this way, it doesn't replace the greyed out "empty" icon (the default molotov cocktail).

Read my guide.
It's a mod made by another modder. Adds a ping functionality like other games where you can mark items. Read the guide it's all explained in there.

what is the ping_system exactly? The pop-ups when you get the item?

It works! Thank you so much, i wanted to learn how to do it for a while but all the add-ons that did change it used scripts and that caused server_inconsistency in some servers

You would have to edit and replace the file iconsheet and/or iconsheet2.vtf somewhere in the game's files. I can possibly help just have a lot on the plate at the moment.
