Survivors at the beginning of the game receive 150 HP.
Up to 8 hunters simultaneously

no Infected mob
no Weapon 2 level ➠ replaced with the weapon 1 level
no First aid kits ➠ replaced with the tablets and adrenaline
no Defibrillators ➠ replaced with the tablets and adrenaline
no Respawn ➠ only in the beginning of the map

Help, i selected it but it just like a normal game and i see just fog, it works fine before, how can i fix this?

Enjoyable, even without health kits. But at least reset downs in the safe room. It's annoying to go B&W and then spend the entire rest of the game that way.
