What the title says.

Fixes an exploit. IF your faction isn't the majority owner of a grid, the offending block is disabled until you are.

confirmed Keen patched this exploit as of dedicated server 1.200.030.

Maybe Keen should just take the mod. Its yours. Modify as you see fit.

Keen did not patch this exploit. this was tested today on 1.199.020 using timer blocks, control seats and button panels. in fact THIS time I didn't have to change the block owner to Nobody. it worked owned by myself.

Fixed players being able to change settings of access denied blocks

Players are booted out of cockpits now.
