[TTT] Paint Gun

The paint gun! Now a floor weapon for TTT, will spawn on any map set to use random weapon spawns.

Press ` or ~ and type ttt_paintgun_damage [number] into the console to change the damage.
E.g. ttt_paintgun_damage 40 changes the damage of this weapon to 40.
