Normally, the props can be found in the props menu under parks > park equipment. Use the Find It! mod to find and place them in-game. Just type "Padoru."

I know this sound silly. But is there any way you could make Black anime characters? Or maybe make families or characters with more skin-tones, I love the anime characters but it kinda looks weird without the diversity.
