Have you checked your model browser filters at the top of the model browser? It needs to be set to "all" or "workshop" for this to show up.

I can't seem to find the file in my workshop folder

@rsbookwriter if you press the subscribe button steam will be download the file to your workshop folder, inside of your sfm folder. In sfm you'll find it in the model viewer.
