Hercules railroad tug (1924)

This is the rebuilt Hercules Steam tug, as a railroad tug, with a taller pilot house as built by the Western Pacific Railroad. The Hercules is preserved and seaworthy(!) today in this configuration, sitting in the San Francisco bay and occasionally steaming up for short trips.
