R-Net Connexxion for VDL FDD2

Conexxion introduced the VDL FDD2 141 double-deckers coach to their line 346 since 2017, these intercity design FDD2 141 run between Amsterdam and Haarlem as suburban bus.
This repaint will reproduce the Connexxion design FDD2 141 into Fernbus Simulator.

Special notice: Since the repaint template doesn't allow us to paint on the glass panel of the front door, so the red strip around it is partly missing.

Connexxion于2017年引进FDD2双层客车，投运至其旗下346线，一条往返阿姆斯特丹和哈勒姆的市域公交快线。
特殊说明：由于涂装模板不支持前门玻璃修改，因此我们无法还原其前门应有的红色边框线条。
