Magazines Extended

Changes the magazine size of most MKI and MKII weapons to that of the MKIII version. Plus 2 to rail-gun mags. Carbine mags now hold 12. Plasma and laser rifles re-named to their most modern version.

Edits the weapons.json file, should work with other mods that don't possess this file. The first weapon that the player receives in the game should reflect this change (Carbine 12, S.L.A.R. 39) if the mod is working/loaded.

Intended to help improve the flow of a second play.
