That's what she said =)

In all seriousness though, I generally make them the same relative size. If you look at how big the vanilla M16 icon is, it far overflows the boundaries of the primary weapon box. Feel free to use or not use, but unless I get a lot of people saying the same thing, I'm going to leave it as is.
