Meant for play on a tropical map.

All you need to do is subscribe to everything in the Collection above.

Cities' District Style tool is not perfect: many assets assigned to the Style will not grow in a District with the Style, so to see all possible assets try letting some grow outside of a District. Also try different sizes with space between zones to force-grow 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 2x4, 3x3, 3x4, etc. (and wait for various levels) then make historical. If you want you can fill in the spaces between each -- or fence it off as a private yard (I think that looks more realistic).
