Harbin Class Carrier

The Harbin is a medium carrier armed with a substantial amount of torpdoes, several APS guns and some missiles along with 3 PAC bombers. It's meant to be an easier target but still has a decent lams system and simple defenses.
It's built in weaknesses are having no signal proccesors, an un-optimized lams, high material consumption and not very strong guns.
