Plattenbau gym MT90

Hello Folks,

in dire need for an rework, I finally remade my Plattenbau gym No.1 asset.
This gym hall is normally placed seperate on former eastgerman school grounds. This is the bigger version of the both gym halls, hence the name Mittlere Turnhalle 90 (medium gym 90).
This asset fits especially good with my Plattenbau 4POS TS69 Erfurt No.1.

The building itself is mostly made up of so called "HP-Schalen", a lightweight, curved panel made out of concrete. The flat structure on the front contains the locker rooms and toilets, the back part is the main hall.
Together with its smaller brother KT60, both gyms can be found all over former east-germany.



The gym can be found under its name "gym MT90" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The small windows and edges around the building are color mapped.

The building is on a 5x4 plot, the building itself is NOT flush with the plot lines.
In-game this gym works the same as a park, so tourists visit the building from time to time.

The main texture files is shared with my "gym MT90", so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
