Chameleon Mole Swap

Chams are Tier 1, Moles are Tier 2.

Detailed Chameleon Changes:
1) Now a Tier 1 warren (costs 60 food, builds 3 chams at 20 food each).
2) Chams now have 12 health and 3 attack.
3) Stealth for chams still works the same.
4) I gave them back the ability to attack commanders (as it is hard for them to 1 shot commanders now).
5) They heal at a normal rate now.
6) I made the sprites small.

Detailed Mole changes:
1) Now a Tier 3 warren (costs 120 food, builds 2 moles at 60 food each).
2) Moles now have 36 health and 5 attack (15 vs buildings).
3) The warrens still have proxy and instant-build the first mole, but they no longer lose health with each mole built.
4) The mole warrens still have half health (though now it is half of the standard 50 health for a Tier 2 warren, or 25 health).
5) I also gave the moles the triple healing speed that Chams used to have.
6) I made the sprites big.
