GPM + BSE + Starbase Extended PATCH

This is a patch to Better Starbase Economies for !-Starbase - Extended-!.

The problem before with the mod previously was that it could not account for the change in maximum starbase module slots that SE adds (6->35).

This meant that if you built, for example, Solar Panels with +3 EC for each panel, you would get:
+3 -> +6 -> +9 -> +12 -> +15 -> +18 -> +0 -> +0 -> +0 (etc.)
for each Solar Panel beyond the sixth.

This has now been fixed for all structures and modules you can build in the original mod (i.e. it also works for Science, Trade Value, Alloys, etc.).

As with the original mod, it integrates seamlessly into Real Space and Better Starbase Economies.

Original mod, then this patch.
