Gm_construct_12

Can be played in both multiplayer (deathmatch and team deathmatch) and singleplayer.

Has air nodes in the pond so ichthyosaurs can swim around.
Has ai nodes and ai air nodes, though helicopters and ospreys won't fly around the map.
Hopefully has fixed cubemaps
Now has the original textures from gmod 12

Type map gm_construct_12 into console commands for singleplayer, type dm_construct_12 for multiplayer.

Since the workshop is mostly fixed so if the mod doesn't work when you press the sub button, put it in your custom folder.
