I'm not sure why it might not work, if it doesn't appear on your mutations menu my only thought is that another addon might be conflicting with it, check your addon list and see. If not, I'll investigate and see if it's still working on my end.

can you make a version that adds back in the special infected.

+Catxhunter13 there's been a mod made to go with this one that enables tanks and witches to spawn, just not other specials. however, it also greatly increases the number of commons that can spawn and slows them down quite a bit.

good generally, would be great if it had larger hordes to make it a little more overwhelming, after all you are solo with infinite ammo, the auto and spas shotgun are just god at that point. but I do like the idea the power trip being tested by massive waves of commons, but regardless I love this add-on alot, been playing it for hours on end with this mutation. just a note specials CAN spawn, but it's Verrry rarely in custom campaign maps -sometimes in custom maps Can't complete without the tank being spawned which stops the final in a complete stand still, But other then that Great stuff.
