No Experimentals+

Time was kind to No Experimentals but the game changed alot since then so i remade the mod as i lost the old file. This will remove experimental units from the experimental factory and some "experimental" ships from the game.

Things changed
Experimental ships are now gone, experimental tank now gone, spider is back due to starting with spider advanced game setup but cannot be obtained since the factory is still gone.
