描述
Small mod that allows empires with the Survivor trait to "terraform" habitable planets into Tomb Worlds, at a quarter of the regular cost and time.

Made after giggling for half an hour at the thought.

I've made and updated version of this mod that allows for the same terraforming, but also adds planet effects and the ability to change even more planet types into tomb worlds. You do NOT need the original mod to use my new mod.
